*sigh*

Alright, I figure out that I officially suck at HTML. I just hope that someone out there would help me learn how to properly manage a blog...

In other news, I have entered my last week of summer vacation. D: It's not so bad, if you ask me - I kinda miss having a reason to step out the house every day. I'm probably looking forward to escaping household chores in favor of assignments and homework, but the main crisis for me this year is...

I have to spend an extra year in college.

Being an irregular student (i.e. a student not enrolled in a proper block curriculum in the university) was already tough enough on scheduling for an early finish, but this new policy on making us finish what we left behind doomed me and a couple dozen other transferees to finish Architecture in 6 years rather than the prescribed 5. Well, I hope they know what they're doing...

Renovations

For some reason, I had the impetus to revisit my old blogger account. Didn't know it got this dusty in this part of the internet... nonetheless, it's a good thing to spruce things up. I guess the old 'Last Offline' concept eventually faded away thanks to things like Facebook :D

Anyways, I would say that this blog is now officially alive and breathing. Not that it isn't a guarantee that the thing will go anywhere to start. Regardless, it's one step forward from my self-imposed exile from people and maybe I can start writing about my life's experiences here.

For the most part, a lot has happened since 2008. College has arrived, and with it comes freedom and liberty to imagine. So much for the 'high school life', I guess - then again I always saw myself as a creature of the university. With this new environment comes the overwhelming impetus to open up to society. Seeing as it would be a poor decision to be rigid and aloof in college, I decided to try and make my mind more flexible, ease up on the starch and encyclopedias and learn to relax a bit. And though I'm still largely awkward in a crowd, suffice to say I've made some form of headway.

I may post some of my mind-farts and ideas here soon, as well as my drawings, which IMO have improved since I first started posting here. Hope this works out eventually.

The internet is a cold, dark place...

Am back (after such a long absence, mind you...)

Alright... One month, that's alright.... Two months, something's gone awry. But nine months?! This is just ridiculous...

Anyways... Times have changed... I'm a senior now, got a thesis and two debates under my belt. I'm looking at college now, got some engineering, a little science and some international studies on list for that. My classmates are much more at terms with me, thank God, and I'm at the time of my *pants* life, if you ask me... *sputters*

My friends have dramatically increased (I'm a liar, I know). Met some guys at school, on the Web, former and current, strengthened interpersonal ties... But still, I feel a bit lonely. Anyways, enough about that.

I threw away that paper airplane thing... it proved a logistical nightmare, and hence, I stopped it. I ain't practical enough. Now, I'm stuck with plain old drawing. Then again, at least I began moving to the more anthropomorphic scene... with a deviantART account to match.

So... hopefully I get to update this some more, if my Alzheimer's-ridden mind can put it to account... *sigh*

Some story I'm makin'

Hey y'all! Well, why do I get the feeling that I'm talkin' to myself? Anyways, I'm workin on this new story, hope you like it. It has something to do with some of my classmates and a hemhorragic virus, although the beginning might sound Goldfinger-ish... See ya

Paper Tole

Finally... I can update this often. Our next construction project in T.L.E. is paper tole, which is just pictures stacked one on top of the other to create a 3-d effect. I'm already looking forward to this, I already bought some materials (whose prices were astronomical, if I must say) . I will attempt to create a paper tole of the Ortigas skyline, in central Mandaluyong (if you don't know what that is, look it up). Anyways, got to go!

Rip Van Winkle moment...

Ohh...what century am I in? I spaced... then forgot... then... you get the idea. Anyways, things have changed these past 6... months. I am now in third year, and if anyone still knows what third year is, it is the third year of secondary education. Goodness, the pressure! theses, projects, more work and did I mention projects?! Other than that, I'm still my obtuse reactive self.

Pre-start of the school week! (I knew that i had to post this monday!)

As we approach the final leg of the summer vacation... old habits must be broken... sleep cycles must return to normal... materials must be checked and double-checked...and double-checked... This hectic preparation week means a lot to people... especially those starting on the 4th of June, way early that usual... as I quote from several people, "some schools have all the luck..."
